Handyman

Has specialized secondary or higher technical education. An operational experience in municipal services, commercial, building organizations on the post of mechanic, electrician, sanitary technician, builder, construction superintendent, engineer, technician, etc.  

Duties of the Handyman include all technical and economic works connected with country house and all adjoining territory. Maintenance of undisturbed operation of all technical, municipal services. Maintenance of house and harvest equipment in operation condition, elimination of small breakages of house stock, furniture. Calling and control of work of technical, support, municipal services. Seasonal works on country house and adjoining territory. Cleaning of adjoining territory and all economic constructions. Care of pool, reservoirs and athletic fields. Care of landscape-gardening economy (in absence of the gardener), clearing snow from  territory in winter, firewood chopping, oven and fireplace stoking. Maintenance of implements and equipment in operational and serviceable condition. Purchase of economic equipment, implements, goods, products. Fixing of budgets, reporting.
