Also, we pay special attention to personal characteristics and level of culture of a candidate. The interview results are brought into the personal history of a candidate and are given to a client as the brief characteristic.
4. Reference check.
After that we give you the most corresponding candidates for the declared vacancy and you need to make a choice of the candidate, which you are ready to invite to a probation period.
